social responsibility.
Tom built Triple Crown Sports, the largest sports
facility in Central Ohio to support the youth in the area. Started
in 1998 the facility houses batting cages, an all purpose rink
for soccer, hockey and basketball and a variety of other sport
venues.

Filters -
By installing the appropriate filter on one’s server, small
business’s are better able to counter unwanted email and inappropriate
access to web sites by employees. Filter offers by companies
such as ABC and XYZ include settings called White Lists and
Black Lists that enable the network administrator to monitor
and control entry and exit on the Internet at the business level.
Employee
productivity is significantly impacted when distractions are
removed from the desktop, especially in areas where close supervision
is not possible.

Business Tax Tip

Many individual are unaware of the tax deductability of expenses
prior to starting a business. Schedule C of the personal tax
form 1040 permits individuals to deduct expenses associated
with a hobby or business. Go to IRS Bulletin 1001.4 or access
www.irs.gov.
